About us: The Duo Skarka - Pohl was established in 2003. From this time, they've performed in many cities in the Czech Republic, including Prague, Olomouc, Jesenik and especially the Moravian capital, Brno. They were also invited to perform on various festivals abroad (Montenegro, Italy, Mexico etc.).

They specialize on Art Song repertoire, with additions of Early Music, opera arias and even selected pieces from the contemporary music. Artistic activities of the duo has been supported by the EPOS Company, Mrs. Margita Jezkova (Herrison), Young Artist Foundation, J Art Agency, Essential Club and Mr. Cyril Svozil (Fenix Group).

The members of duo are Josef Skarka (bass-baritone) and Richard Pohl (piano).
