We are proud to present to you the new and improved display of the MusMap Composition Database which we have been testing for the past few days. As you may have noticed when you now go to a composer profile the list of composition is now displayed in a different fashion than before. In addition to the title of the piece you can still see in which catagories the piece is placed (which gives a rough idea about the instrumentation of the piece) but more importantly you can see straight away if there is a sound example or a score uploaded with the piece.

As you can see in the picture (courtesy of Marcel Chyrzynski) there are now displayed symbols on the right of the entry if there is a sound file or a pdf file uploaded with that particular entry.

MusMap has just created a Facebook page to promote the site. The name of the page is simply "MusMap.com".

With that page we hope to be able to reach more classical musicians and composers to futher build our catalogue. Please become a "fan" of MusMap.com on Facebook and spread the word among your network. The more quality profiles we get to MusMap, the more value your own profile gets.
